Pro ject Scope The foundation of the "I Wish 2 Learn" project is built around a proprietary Learning System named “L.E.A.P. Smart and the content is based around a series of localized “Learning Objects” appropriately called “Just-In-Time” e-Learning modules. “Just-In-Time” e-Learning, simply put is: “The timely acquisition of knowledge, information or skills as they are needed or required to accomplish or achieve a goal, objective or mission”.
